The two people in the middle are my great grand parents Eric and Marion Able. 'Aunty Alma' is on the right. Her husband Robinson was Marion's uncle (her mother's brother). Alma and Robinson had no children so Marion and Eric in herited his business in Birmingham which Eric rsn after they retutned from Canada (where they met and married although originally both from the UK). Alma was also Canadian. Eric and Marion later moved to Jersey to follow their daughter Barbara (my maternal grandmother) who married my grandfather Neal Lewis (they met in Shenstone where they both lived during WW2). Neal's parents Edith & Sydney Lewis acquired Longueville Manor in Jersey in 1949, transforming a run down manor hiuse into a hotel. Neal & Barbara took the helm in the 60's and it remains in the family to this day, and ownership has passed to my uncle ( Neal & Barbara's son) Malcolm. The photo of the 4 above is taken on the grounds of Longueville Manor, but I do not know the ID of the woman on the left.
